Chocolate Pnut Butter Banana Scramble

Mash everything together. Heat + grease a pan over medium heat
- 3/4 banana
- 3 T rolled oats
- 1/2 T chia seeds
- 1 T shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 T milk
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 T pnut butter
- 1 T dark chocolate chips
- splash of vanilla
Pasta With Green Olive Pesto

Cook the spaghetti al dente, according to the package directions
- Check 1 pound spaghetti
- Check 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- Check 1/4 cup (3 ounces) Niçoise or other green olives, pitted
- Check 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- Check 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Check 1/4 cup olive oil
- Check 1/4 cup pitted kalamata or other black olives, chopped
