  • 2-1/4 teaspoons or 1/4 ounce active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 4-1/4 cups all-purpose or bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup baking soda - don't add to main ingredients. This is for the boiling water.
