Oriental Green Beans with Peanut Sauce

Cook green beans. Combine remaining ingredients and whisk until blended
- 1 10 ounce package frozen French style green beans
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Szechuan Chicken and Vegetables

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound chicken breast halves without skin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 10 ounce package stir fry vegetables -- (about 2.5 cups)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Chocolate Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 325. Line 18 muffin tin cups
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter -- cut into 1" pieces
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 cups (12 ounces) chocolate chips
- Chocolate Fudge Glaze -- (2/3 cup)
Overnight Crock Pot Brisket

- 3/4 cup flour

- 4 Tablespoons oil

- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion -- chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons mustard
Ancho Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350. Place potatoes in roasting pan
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes -- cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter or olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon ancho spice

Creamy Vegetable Casserole

Prepare vegetables according to package
- 1 package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 carton (8 oz.) spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese
- 1/2 to 1 cup seasoned croutons
Tarragon Chicken with Roasted Vegetables

Preheat oven to 450. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with tarragon, salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper; set aside
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper -- divided
- 10 pearl onions -- unpeeled
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup trimmed brussel sprouts -- halved
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 2 plum tomatoes -- quartered
- 1 15 oz. bottled baby corn -- drained
Kufta Kabobs
