- 1 16 oz. can pitted tart red cherries -- drained
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons quick cooking oats
- 3 Tablespoons margarine -- softened
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Peanut Supreme

In a bowl, combine peanut butter and butter
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/3 cup margarine -- melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 24 squares)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 12 ounce carton whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
Spicy Turkey Wonton Cups

Preheat oven to 475. Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl and combine well
- 1 1/4 ground turkey
- 3 scallions -- chopped
- 4 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 wonton wrappers
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 2 scallion -- chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 Tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed
- 1 Tablespoon chinese chili-garlic sauce
- Salt and pepper
Kasha Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x5 loaf pan
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 cup medium kasha
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion -- chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Sweet and Crunchy Quinoa Salad

Preheat oven to 400. Place quinoa in small saucepan and add 2 cups water
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 medium sweet potato -- peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 3 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil -- divided
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 4 scallion -- sliced

Preheat oven to 350. Generously grease a 10 inch Bundt pan (do not use any other pan -- a tube pan will not work)
- CAKE
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup vegatable oil
- 2 large eggs -- room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa -- measured then sifted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup warm brewed coffee
- FILLING
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese -- room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- GLAZE
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate -- melted and cooled
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- Hot water to thin -- if necessary

- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder

- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 3 extra large eggs
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (at least 60%) -- melted
- 1 Tablespoon unsulfured molasses (mild flavored)
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup whole milk
