Bread Machine Pizza Dough With Whole Wheat Flour

This dough turns out crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, just what my family likes
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Strawberry Chicken Salad Recipe

In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- SALAD:
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 8 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Additional whole strawberries, optional
Baked Chicken Nuggets Recipe + Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Instructions Cut chicken breasts into nugget-size pieces
- CHICKEN NUGGETS
- 3 medium-size, boneless chicken breasts (14 oz)
- 5 oz bag Texas Toast seasoned croutons, crushed to fine crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Peanut oil, for frying
- salt and pepper
- HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I used Dukes)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Spread

Instructions Whip together all ingredients until light and fluffy
- 8 oz cream cheese, slightly softened (low-fat is fine)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned is fine; look for solid-pack pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter or coconut oil, slightly softened
- 4-6 tablespoons pure maple syrup (more or less to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pinch salt
Slow Cooker Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

- 2 2/3 cups milk, can use low fat
- 1 1/3 cups quick oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped apples
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pecans, walnuts, or almonds
Quick Tomato, Basil & Garlic Pasta Dinner

We make this all the time when we just need to throw together something quick
- 1 lb penne rigate
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or more if you love garlic like I do)
- 1 pint ripe cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (approximately 1.5 cups)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes (or more if you like spicy things)

Two-Loaf Buttermilk Bread Recipe

The buttermilk in this bread recipe gives the bread a rich texture and buttery flavor
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup water and 4 tbsp buttermilk powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 6 cups bread flour

Turkey and Stuffing Roll Ups

When making these rolls make sure to use a good quality turkey breast not a pressed one
- 1 - (16 oz) package sliced Smoked or Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (good quality turkey breast)
- 1 - (6oz) package stove top stuffing or store brand (turkey or cornbread) or homemade
- 2 - packets turkey gravy, prepared or one 16 oz jarred gravy
- 1 - 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
