Spread cream cheese on bottom of pie plate
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can chili, no beans
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- canned Jalopeno peppers
Swiss Fruit Pie

- 1 large can of fruit (peach slices, half apricots, plums, etc.), drained

Cauliflower Gratin

Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 2-quart casserole with the cooking spray

- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bag (20 ounces) frozen cauliflower, thawed or 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 5 cups)
- 1 cup finely grated Swiss cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon or real bacon bits

In a large pan over medium-low heat, add two tablespoons butter and the thinly sliced onion

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
