Hot Sausage and Cheese Puffs (Grammy's)

Remove casing from sausages
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 pound sharp cheddar, shredded
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 3/4 cup water

Saute mushrooms in oil. Drain, pat dry, and set aside
- Brunch
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 3 cups chopped zucchini
- 2 cups cubed, cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 12 eggs
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

- Single Crust:
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 Tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 Tablespoons water
Mini Sausage Quiche

In a large skillet, brown sausage and onion over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 Tablespoons minced chives
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz) 4% cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plus 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

- Additional ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons quick-cooking oats (not instant)
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped pecans
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 1 (4 oz) snack size container diced peaches or 1/2 a fresh peach, peeled and chopped, and
- 1 Tablespoon butter
