Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Tangy dipping sauce:
- 2 (8 oz) can crescent dough
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 pound cocktail franks
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Poppy or sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 Tablespoons mustard
- 1 Tablespoon whole-grain mustard (or a little less)
Apple Crisp

Place apples in a shallow, 1 quart baking dish
- Dessert
- 4 tart apples, pared, cored, cut in wedges
- 6 Tablespoons flour
- 6 Tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
- 6 Tablespoons butter or margarine
Spinach and Artichoke Dip

- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 grated Romano cheese
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake

- Glaze:
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice

- Orange-cream cheese frosting:
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 jars (4 oz. each) baby food strained carrots
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon freshly grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
- 2 Tablespoon fresh orange juice

Combine heated milk, salt and rice in a medium saucepan; simmer for 15 minutes
- 1 quart milk, slightly heated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup long grained rice, washed
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup evaporated milk, divided
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
