Preheat oven to 225 degrees
- 2 whole slabs pork baby back ribs

- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

- 1 cup toasted chopped Macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
- One 7-ounce bag sweetened shredded coconut
