Olive Loaf

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Vegetable oil spray
- 17 ounces all-purpose flour, approximately 3 1/2 cups
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 ounces pitted, roughly chopped mixed olives, approximately 2 cups
- 1/3 cup store bought or homemade Tapenade, recipe follows
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
Fried Ice Cream

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet
- 1/2 to 1 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 4 egg whites
- 4 cups crushed cubed cereal (recommended: Golden Graham)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Cinnamon, honey, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, optional garnish
Pot Stickers

In a blender, combine garlic and ginger
- 1/4 cup garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (apricots, cherries or raisins)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, minced
- 1/2 bunch green onions, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch sugar
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chile paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 pounds pork butt, cubed
- Round wonton wrappers
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash
- Peanut oil, for frying

Sweet Nutty Popcorn Treats

- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Chicken and Peaches

Heat a medium skillet with the butter over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 peaches, pitted, thickly sliced or halved
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 shallot, chopped

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces finely diced pancetta
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 large or 2 small shallots, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups (about 14 ounces) roasted turkey breast meat, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 3/4 cup flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
