No Mixer Granola Bars

- 2/3 cup Oil
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 4 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
Citrus Shallot Salad Dressing

Whisk together the lemon juice, orange juice, oil, mustard and agave syrup in a bowl
- juice of 2 lemons
- juice of 2 oranges
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons mustard
- 1-2 Tablespoons agave syrup or honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 2 shallots, finely minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Marinara Sauce

- 1 can (28 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Mocha Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup Margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Dash Salt
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 2 cups Oats(any kind)
- 3.5 oz Chocolate (good quality), chopped

Pastrami Stir Fry

Bittersweet Chocolate Pudding Pie

Crust: Position rack in center of oven; preheat to 350°F
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (I used about 3/4 package of chocolate Teddy Grahams (a 9 oz. box) since they were sitting in my pantry begging to be used)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 2 ounces good quality bittersweet or semisweet baking chocolate chocolate, finely chopped
- Filling:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups soy milk, divided
- 1/4 cup Rich's whip
- 4 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups chilled Rich's whip
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 5 tablespoons (or more) chilled whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
