- 1/2 medium Onion, diced

- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar, divided
- 1 tsp Dry White Wine, divided
- 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar, divided
- Salt, to taste

- 7 ounces dark chocolate (70% to 75% cacao), finely chopped
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Brownie Cups with Butterscotch Whiskey Sauce

Prepare pecan nut crisp: Preheat oven to 400
- Pecan crisp:
- 1 brownie recipe, baked in muffin tins
- vanilla Ice cream
- 1 extra-large Egg White
- 1/4 cup packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 cup chopped Pecans
- Butterscotch Whiskey Sauce:
- 1 cup granulated Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Whiskey
- 1 Tbsp light Corn Syrup
- 8 oz pareve Whipping Cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 cube Frozen Chili Peppers
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 tsp Sherry
- 2 tsp Corn Starch
- 36 (3") Square Wonton Wrappers, defrosted
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- Oil for frying
