Crispy Baked Avocado with Sriracha Mayo

- Sriracha Mayo:
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 lrg Avocados, each peeled and cut into 8 wedges
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha
Coffee Crunch Bars

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups (firmly packed) dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Asian Glazed Spare Ribs

- 2 1/4 lbs Spareribs or Short ribs
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 cup Minced Onion
- 1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger (must be fresh!)
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 4 cups Water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic chili sauce (or regular chili sauce with a generous sprinkle of garlic powder)
- 1 tsp Liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Chopped Scallions and or Sesame Seeds for Garnish
Marshmallow-Stuffed S'mores Cookies

In a small bowl, combine the flour, salt, soda, and baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup hand-crushed graham crackers, NOT fine crumbs
- 10-11 large marshmallows, cut in half

- 8 tablespoons butter, softened to warm room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 2 cups chopped/crushed pretzel sticks
- 1 pound chocolate (semisweet, milk, bittersweet)
- 2 tablespoons shortening or butter
- Toffee, chopped nuts, chocolate jimmies for garnish

- 1 cup (8 ounces) granulated sugar
- 16 tablespoons (2 sticks) butter
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) chopped pecans

- Ice Cream
- 6 Eggs, separated
- 2/3 cup Sugar, divided
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Pareve Whipping Cream
- Peanut Butter Drizzle
- 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2/3 cup Corn Syrup
- 4 Tbsp Honey
Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Rods

*Makes about 40 dipped pretzel rods Mix ingredients in order over medium heat
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 14 0z. can sweetened condensed milk
- dash of salt
- pretzel rods
- chocolate for dipping and drizzling (I used about 10 ounces of semi-sweet to cover the pretzels and for additional drizzling and 6 ounces of white chocolate for drizzling)
