Marinated Schnitzel

Whisk marinade ingredients together and marinate cutlets overnight or for a few hours
- Marinade:
- 2.2 lbs chicken cutlets
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 squeeze Mustard
- Batter:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2-3 cloves Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Bread Crumbs
- Sesame Seeds
Pickle Dip

Blend until small pieces
- 1 sour pickle
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 cup Mayo
- fresh dill
Caramel Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325. Reserve 16 cookies, finely crush the rest
- Crust:
- 1 pkg Lady Fingers (NOT the pesach ones, the blue package with sugar on one side)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 stick Butter, melted
- Filling:
- 24 oz hard Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar Caramel
Lo Mein

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 lb (box) Thin Spaghetti
- 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Roasted or Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 large Onion
- 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Beef Bouillon Powder
- 3/4 cup Water
