Fudge Crispy Bars

Melt first 3 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients

- 1/2 cup Margarine
- 1/2 cup Corn Syrup
- 2 tsp. Vanilla

Grilled Apricot Balsamic Chicken

- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1-2 cups cornflakes crumbs
- 2 lb chicken cutlets, cut into strips or 12 small drumstick

- 2 1/2 cups water

Mexican Chicken

Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Dipping Sauce:
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into tender-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 cups Cornflake crumbs
- 3 handfuls totilla chips, crushed by hand to make 1 cup crushed chips
- 1 (1.25oz) packet Taco seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp Chili powder
- 16 oz Salsa
- 4 Tbsp Margarine
- 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot or other hot sauce
- 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
Asian Chicken and Spaghetti

1. Put the spaghetti up to boil
- 1 box Spaghetti
- 1 lb Chicken cutlets
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- Pinch Ground ginger
Giant Double Chocolate Cookie

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) butter
- 1/2 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Extra chocolate chips, white chocolate chips or M&M's for sprinkling on top
