Orange Layer: Dissolve jello in water
- Orange Layer:
- 1 Box orange jello
- 1 Egg, separated
- 1 cup Very hot water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- Cream Layer:
- 3 Eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup Whip
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Doughless Knishes

- 4 Onions
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 8 Potatoes, boiled
- 4 Eggs
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 6 oz Margarine
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Double Chocolate and Espresso Cookies

Directions Place an oven rack in the center of the oven
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces (recommended: Ghirardelli)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate-covered espresso beans
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Spicy Honey Chicken

Mix spice rub together and rub into chicken
- Glaze:
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Smoked Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder or cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
Strawberry Cream Puff Cake

For the cream puff layer, preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Cream Puff Base:
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
Chicken Pepper Steak

Prepare shallow dishes with flour, eggs and panko
- Sauce:
- 2 lb Chicken strips
- Flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 1 Spanish onion sliced into rings
- 3 Peppers of different colors slice into strips
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Sweet and Sour duck sauce
- 1/2 cup Hot and spicy duck sauce
- 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 pound red potatoes, quartered
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 Tbsps butter, melted (unnecessary if using dijon mustard)
- 3 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard or Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Chocolate Thumbprints

Directions Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons light corn syrup
Pomegranate Glazed Chicken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, with rack in top third
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed
- coarse salt and ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons red-wine vinegar
- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves (12 to 14 ounces each)
6-4-2 Salad

Add salad ingredients to large bowl
- Dressing:
- 1 head romaine lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 6 slices pastrami thinly sliced
- 6 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
