- Soft Vanilla Cookie Tart:
- 2 Tbsp Margarine
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Mocha Ice Cream with Chocolate Flecks:
- 16 oz Pareve Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Confectioners' Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Coffee Granules, diluted in
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Coffee Liqueur
- 3 oz Chocolate, grated
- Amaretto Laced Caramel Sauce:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 4 Tbsp Amaretto (I used bourbon)
- 3/4 cup Pareve Whipping Cream
Bavarian Cream

For the bavarian cream, place the milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Frosting for Surprise Cookies

Makes 1 cup Directions Place confectioners' sugar in a medium bowl
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Hot Chocolate

Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl
- 3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder, dutch-process or natural
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or finely chopped white chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Melt peanut butter cup ingredients in the microwave
- Peanut Butter Cups:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 6 oz Good quality pareve chocolate
- Cookie:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Ginger Teriyaki Salmon

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a large rimmed baking sheet
- 2 lbs Salmon Fillet
- 3 Tbsp Oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped Ginger
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch (mixed with 1 tsp water)
Saucy Sweet Pastrami Roast
