Combine the first seven ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) spinach, torn
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 12 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
The Best Chicken Parmesan

Instructions SAUCE Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in medium saucepan over medium heat
- SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil
- CHICKEN:
- 2 (6 - 8 ounce)bonless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed, halved horizontally and pounded 1/2 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used grape seed)

CHUCK ROAST WITH BALSAMIC AND DIJON

If making in a crockpot, follow directions through step 3 then add to crockpot
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 4 pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 medium to large yellow onion, chopped

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 ounces snow peas, stems and strings removed, halved
