Black Angus Cheesy Garlic Bread

Split French bread loaf into halves horizontally
- 1 Loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Asiago cheese, you could try Parmesan
- 1 cup Shredded jack cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 bunch Green onions, chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic, pureed

Preheat oven to 425º. Butter 12 cup muffin tin, then dust each cup with panko crumbs
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, ground in food processor
- 1 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled
- 1 1/4 cups half and half
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/3 cups shredded sharp cheddar (5 1/2 ounces)
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan (1 1/4 ounces)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

- INGREDIENTS:
- APPLE PIE FILLING
- 4 1/2 cups diced peeled apples
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 tbsp (84g) packed brown sugar
- 6 tbsp (78g) sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- CHEESECAKE
- Refrigerated pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup (52g) sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3 cups Apple Pie Filling, above
- CRUMB TOPPING
- 1/4 cup (33g) all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (22g) quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup (56g) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ADDITIONAL
- Vanilla Ice Cream, for serving, optional
- 1/4 cup Caramel Topping, for serving

1. Combine the water, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and sprinkle the yeast on top
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cups baking soda
- 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon water, whisked together (for egg wash)
- Coarse salt, for sprinkling
