sriracha caramel corn

Preheat oven to 250. Place the corn kernels in a brown paper bag
- 1/3 cup corn kernels (7 cups popped)
- 1 brown paper lunch bag
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tbs unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp sriracha
- pinch cayenne
Spicy Glazed Pork Tenderloin

1. Stir pineapple juice, lime juice, brown sugar, molasses, cumin, cayenne, and jalapeno in small bowl
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 juice from about 2 limes
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
- 2 pork tenderloins (12-16 ounces each, trimmed of silver skin--you know, that fatty membrane on the side!)
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) finely shredded or grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- Paprika, to taste (optional)

Stan's Smoky Ribs Recipe

Place ribs in a 5-qt. Dutch oven; cover with water
- 3 pounds bone-in country-style pork ribs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Buttery Almond Green Beans

In a large saucepan, combine the beans, water and soup mix
- 2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups water
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Guinness Beef Sliders

Instructions In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 vidalia onion sliced
- 1/4 c. Guinness
- 1 package sandwich rolls I used King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls
- 3/4 lb. sliced roast beef
- 6 slices swiss cheese
French Vinaigrette

Instructions Place ingredients in a jar and shake well until combined
- 1/4 cup eschalots / French shallots, finely chopped (Note 1)
- 1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar (or sherry or champagne vinegar)
- 4 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (or more if you want richer)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp eschalots / French shallots, finely chopped (Note 1)
- 1 tbsp red or white wine vinegar (or sherry or champagne vinegar)
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil (I use 5 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper

1. Place steak pieces on large plate or baking sheet and freeze until very firm, about 1 hour
- 2 pounds skirt steak, trimmed and sliced with grain into 3-inch-wide strips
- 4 (8-inch) Italian sub rolls, split lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices white American cheese (8 ounces)
