Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon soda
- dash of salt
- Frosting:
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
- 3 cups all-purpose flour*
- 1 tablespoon Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar

1.To make the cake - preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the cake:
- 4 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs*
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups granulated sugar

1. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish
- 12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 Tbs. Crystal Farms® butter
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 4-ounce cans mild green chiles, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
