Ham’n Swiss With Rice Salad

In large bowl, combine cooked rice, ham, cheese and celery; toss to mix
- 2 c. cold cooked long-grain white rice (cooked as directed on pkg.)
- 2 c. *Drier's* ham diced
- 4 oz. diced Swiss cheese (1 c.)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 4 c. coarsely sliced romaine lettuce
- dressing
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tsp. cream-style horseradish, if desired
- 2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard

- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans,cleaned with ends snipped

- 3 T. sugar
