Veal Parmigiana With Vermicelli

Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 veal cutlets, cut 1/4-inch thick, pounded thin
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 to 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 (2.5-oz.) jar green giant sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (30-oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. uncooked vermicelli or spaghetti
- 1 to 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, if desired
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, if desired
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Polish Sausage And Cabbage Packets On Grill

Heat coals on grill or prepare gas grill
- 1 pound *Drier's* Polish sausage
- 8 small red potatoes
- 1 small cabbage head
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup *Drier's* mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Roasted Asparagus With Goat Cheese And Bacon

Cook bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat until brown and crisp
- 6 *Drier's* bacon slices
- 2 pounds medium asparagus tough ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil plus
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 3 1/2 ounce soft fresh goat cheese log - (to 4 oz) crumbled
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Ham And Broccoli Manicotti

Cook manicotti to desired doneness as directed on package
- 8 uncooked manicotti
- Filling
- 1 1/2 c. Green Giant frozen broccoli cuts (from 16-oz. pkg.), thawed, well drained
- 1 1/2 c.*Drier's* ham chopped
- 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- Cheese Sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded N.Y. cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
Brenda's Smoked Sausage

- 1/2 potato
- 1/2 onion sliced
- Green pepper (any amount) to taste
- 1/4 cup frozen peas or vegetables of your choice
- 1/4 pound *Drier's* smoked sausage
- olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Two-Potato Saute With Bacon And Cream

Bring large pot of salted water to boil
- 2 pounds white-skinned potatoes peeled, and cut into 3/4" pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds red-skinned sweet potatoes (yams) peeled, and cut into 3/4" pieces
- 7 *Drier's* bacon slices diced
- 3/4 cup finely-chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
Cold Sauce For Ham

Mix all ingredients. Serve chilled
- 2 cucumbers-peel and remove seeds
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 5 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 4 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of red pepper

In a large skillet, cook the potato and onion in oil until potato is tender
- 1 medium potato, cubed
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 c. Torn fresh spinach
- 1 c. *Drier's* smoked sausage Cubed
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 slices Longhorn cheese, diced
Bacon And Baked Potato Soup

Melt butter in heavy saucepan or Dutch oven
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth - (14 1/2 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 medium baking potatoes baked, and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 10 slices *Drier's* center-cut bacon crisply cooked, crumbled and divided
- 3/4 cup N.Y. Cheddar & Longhorn Shredded Cheese divided
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion divided
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Salami Roll Up

- 16 thin slices of Drier's salami
- 8 oz. herbed soft cream cheese
- 8 strips of Sechler's pickles, dill, orange,or lemon, sliced length wise, will work
