Preheat oven to 375 In a large bowl,wisk the eggs,milk,butter,salt and pepper until blended
- 6 eggs
- 1 C. milk
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 green onion chopped
- 5 strips *Drier's* bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 C. Longhorn or N.Y. cheese shredded
Casserole Spaghetti

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13-inch dish
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 (28-oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 12 to 16 oz. Longhorn cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
Baked Macaroni, Broccoli, And Ham Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 2 1/12 c. milk
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
- 2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 c. *Drier's* ham chopped
- 1 c. shredded N.Y.cheddar cheese topping
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees in a round 1 1/2-quart casserole, layer potatoes and onion ham
- 1 driers ham sliced thick
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 (13.75-oz.) can chicken broth
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper

Salmon Pie

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 piecrust
- 4 or 5 medium potatoes, boiled and coarsely mashed
- 1 (12-oz.) can boneless salmon
- 6 or 7 green onions (including green from stalk), sliced into rings
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 large lemon
- 1 egg, beaten
Navy Bean And Ham Soup

Combine beans and water; soak 6 to 8 hours (overnight)
- 1 c. dried navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. hot ham stock, if not available chicken stock will do
- 8 oz. *Drier's* ham, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
Chili con Carne Soup

Pace potatoes in a large pot or roasting pan and cover them with water
- 8 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 5 or 6 onions, diced
- 1 large (28-oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 3 strips *Drier's* bacon, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
- 3 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp. allspice
- salt and pepper
- crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1 (15.5-oz.) can kidney beans
Ham Stock

Place ham bone, smoked ham hocks, trimmings and cold water in a large stockpot
- 4 lb. *Drier's* ham hocks
- 4 qt. cold water
- 1 large yellow onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
- 2 stalks celery with leaves, coarsely chopped
- 3 sprigs fresh parsley
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 or 2 whole cloves garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 to 5 whole black peppercorns
- 1 tsp. salt
Baked Club Sandwich Rounds

- 1 (11-oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated crusty French loaf
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded N.Y.sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. thinly sliced *Drier's* turkey
- 4 oz. thinly sliced *Drier's* ham
Crab Casserole

- 3 c. 1/2-inch cubes toasted French or Italian bread
- 1/2 c. lump crab meat (about 6 oz.), picked over
- 1/2 c. (about 1 1/2 oz.) shredded N.Y. sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped pimientos
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 3 c. whole milk
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
- 5 slices *Drier's* bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
