Fork Fajita Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) angel hair pasta
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 4 oz. each), cut into thin strips
- 1 medium green pepper, julienned
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1 envelope (1.4 oz.) fajita seasoning
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded N.Y. cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
Grilled Polish Sausage topped with Caramelized Onions

cook sausages in a grill pan over medium-high heat, until grill marks form, about 3 minutes on each side
- 6 links *Drier's* polish sausage
- 1/4 of an onion sliced.
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Potato And Root Vegetable Chowder With *Drier's* Bacon

Cook bacon in large pot over medium heat until crisp
- 2 *Drier's* bacon slices chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 medium leeks thinly sliced (white and pale green parts only)
- 1 pound parsnips peeled, and cut into 1/3" dice
- 3 medium carrots peeled, and cut into 1/3" dice
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes peeled, and cut into 1/2" dice
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups reduced-fat (2%) milk
- 3 cups vegetable broth or more if needed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Muffuletta Salad

In large bowl, combine salad greens, salami, chopped artichokes and olives; mix well
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. Italian-blend mixed salad greens
- 6 oz. *Drier's* salami, chopped
- 1 (12-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, reserving liquid
- 1 (4 1/4-oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
Smoked Sausage, Butternut Squash And Wild Rice Soup

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 medium butternut squash - (abt 1 1/2 to 2 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 12 cups chicken stock
- 2 1/2 cups chopped onions
- 1 cup wild rice
- 3/4 pound smoked *Drier's* Polish or summer sausage cut 1/4" slices
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
Creamy Ham and Potato Soup

In 3-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, quartered
- 1 large carrot, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 lb.*Drier’s* ham, diced
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

- 1 thin-crust Italian bread shell (11 1/2" dia)
- 1 cup Contadina Original Pizza Sauce
- 2/3 cup shredded part-skim-milk (1/3 less fat)
- mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounces *Drier's* Canadian bacon cut bite size
- 1/2 cup thinly-sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small green or red bell pepper - (3 oz) seeded, and cut crosswise into thin rings
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried basil
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Summer Corn Chowder With * Drier's* Bacon

Sauté bacon in large pot over medium-high heat until crisp and brown
- 6 slices *Drier's* bacon chopped
- 6 cups fresh corn kernels (cut from 6 to 8 ears)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh fennel bulb
- 1 cup diced yellow zucchini or crookneck squash
- 1 cup cubed (1/2") peeled russet potatoes
- 3 cups low-salt chicken broth or more if needed
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

- brown sugar-cider glaze

- 1 1/2 c. frozen sweet cherries (from 12-oz. bag), halved
- 1/2 c. apricot jam

- 1 cabbage head quartered, cored, and roughly diced

- 1 can beef broth - (14 1/2 oz)
- 1 can low-sodium chicken broth - (14 1/2 oz)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar - (packed)
- 2 teaspoons sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- freshly-ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound *Drier's*smoked Polish kielbasa sausage split lengthwise, and cut in 1/2" thick slices
- 1 can tomato soup - (10 3/4 oz)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice - (to 5)
