Preheat oven to 325 to 360 degrees
- 1 lb. *Drier's* ham ground
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
Crunchy Crescent Hamwiches

Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- 3-oz. pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. Kraft real mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 3/4 c. *Drier's* ham,cubed,
- 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed, drained
- 1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 8 -oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. finely crushed corn or potato chips
Ham’n Broccoli Crescent

- 3-oz. pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 8 -oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- 1/4 lb. *Drier's* ham thinly sliced
- 9-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed, drained
Macaroni & Cheese 3

Bring a pot of water to boil
- 8 oz. macaroni
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 8 oz. N.Y.sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. Italian breadcrumbs
Thunder Valley Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (3-oz. can pearl onions (not pickled)
- 4 to 5 Irish potatoes (based on dish size), thinly sliced
- 1 lb. ground round or ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 (10.5-oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
Barbecued Ham Buns

This recipe can be increased and prepared for the stovetop or slow cooker to feed a crowd
- 1/3 C. ketchup
- 1/3 C. water
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. Sechler's sweet pickle relish
- 1 T. *Drier's* mustard
- 1 T white vinegar
- 1 lb. *Drier's* ham, thinly sliced
- 6 hamburger buns, split
Parmesan Ham Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 package (16 oz.) bow tie pasta
- 2 C. *Drier's* ham,cubed
- 1 can 4(oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 C. all purpose flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 C. milk
- 1 pack. (10) frozen chopped spinach,thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 C. (4oz) shredded Parmesan cheese
Toasted Cheese Supreme

Spread four slices of bread with mayonnaise
- 8 slices good quality bread
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 6 oz. *Drier's* ham thinly sliced
- 4 slices Longhorn or N.Y. cheese
- 2 slices red onion;separated into rings
- 2 T. horseradish sauce, or any of the Brownwood mustards
- 1/4 C. butter,softened
Mustard honey baked *Drier's* Ham (slow cooker)

Place ham in 4 to 6-quart slow cooker
- 1 (5-lb.) bone-in or boneless *Drier's ham
- 1/3 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp.*Drier's* mustard
Hurry-Up Ham'n Noodles
