Rich and Creamy Potatoes Au Gratin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream, divided
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- freshly grated nutmeg to taste
- 2 cups freshly shredded Gruyere cheese, divided
Breakfast Pizza

Brown & drain sausage. Separate rolls in triangle & place in ungreased pizza pan & press together

Baked Potato Soup

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet
- 12 slices bacon
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

- 4 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed (Can add 2 extra potatoes & slightly mash them. Add them to soup to make the base thicker.
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
