Lasagne, sausage and spinach

Brown and drain sausage. Inbottom of 9x13 pan spread thin layer of sauce
- 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 jar (32oz.) Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
- 8 oz. ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 pkg.(10oz.) frozen chopped and dried spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cook and drained
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

- Crust:
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. chocolate cookie wafers, crushed
- 1/4 cups margarine or butter
- Filling:
- 4 eggs
- 3 8oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup creme de cocoa
- 1/4 cup green creme de menthe
- Topping:
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Egg Bake, with bisquick

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained*
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (4 ounces)
- 8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 eggs
Walnuts, Sour cream

Cook together sour cream & sugar until it reaches 223* on candy thermometer
- 1 lb. walnuts
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Lemon Cheese Bread

Allow dough to stand on lightly floured surface 1 hour
- 1 loaf thawed bread
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tsp, water
Egg Nog

Mix yolks and sugar. Add milkm, cream, & liquor
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 4 cups milk
- 2 oz. rum
- 1/2 pt. whiskey or brandy
Raspberry Swirl Mold

Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 large pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 pkg. frozen raspberries
- 1 can of pear halves, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup of Cool Whip
Chi Chi

- 1 oz. coconut syrup (Coco Lopez Cram of Coconut)

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 to 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Dash of pepper
- 1 (7-ounce) package spaghetti, uncooked
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Garnish: fresh Italian parsley sprigs

- 2-3 Tbsp. mild or hot chunky salsa
- Dash of dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tomato
