Quick Chocolate Mousse

Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form, set aside
- 1/2 C light corn syrup
- 2 C heavy whipping cream
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 C water
- 1 pkg (6 oz ) semisweet chocolate chips (1 C)
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 t salt
Jewish Apple Cake

Sprinkle 2 t cinnamon & 5 T sugar over chunked apples & set aside
- 5 or 6 large apples or 8 or 9'small, chunked
- 2 t cinnamon & 5 T sugar
- 3 C sifted flour
- 2 C sugar
- 1 C oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 C orange juice ( or squeeze juice from 1 orange)
- 3 t baking powder
- 2 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 t salt
Apple Streusel Muffins

Prepare muffin mix according to package directions; fold in apple
- GLAZE:
- 1 pkg (6 1/2 oz) apple cinnamon muffin mix
- 1 large tart apple, peeled & diced
- 1/3 C chopped walnuts
- 3 T brown sugar
- 4 1/2 t flour
- 1 T butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 C confectioners sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1-2 T milk
One Dish Chicken & Stuffing Bake

- 4 C Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- 4 - 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Paprika
- 1 can ( 10 3/4) Campbells cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 C milk
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
Marbled Orange Fudge

Quick Cooking
- 1 1/2 t + 3/4 C butter (no substitutes)
- 3 C sugar
- 3/4 C whipped cream
- 1 pkg 10-12 oz vanilla or white chips
- 7 oz jar marshmallow fluff
- 3 t orange extract
- 12 drops yellow food coloring
- 5 drops red food coloring
Devils Food Cake

Preheat oven to 350*. Generously grease & flour a tube pan
- Frosting:
- 1 box Dunchan Himes Devils food cake mix
- 1 sm pack instant chocolate pudding
- 1/2 C oil
- 1-1/4 C water
- 4 eggs
- 1 can Dunchan Hines chocolate frosting
Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Melt butter in a large pot over medium- high heat & sautee onion until soft, about 3 mins
- 1 T melted butter
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 1/4 C melted butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 2 1/2 C half & half
- 4 C chicken stock
- 1 lb (16oz) fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 1 C grated carrot
- Kosher salt & freshly grated pepper, to taste
- 1/4 t grated nutmeg
- 8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
Three Cheese Bake

Preheat oven to 350*. In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook beef until browned; pour off fat
- 1/2 lb pkg twist pasta, cooked as directed
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (26 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (15oz) container ricotta cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded & divided (2 C)
- 1/4 C grated parmesan
- 1 egg
Pie Crust

Mix until crumbles & then add water slowly to make sticky & set
- pinch of salt
- 1 C flour
- 4 T crisco
- water in cup with ice cubes
Herb Roast Chicken

Preheat oven to 450*. Cut the chicken in half
- 1 chicken ( about 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 lb)
- 4 T butter, melted
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/2 t dried rosemary
- 1/4 t dried sage
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
