- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grapeseed or vegetable oil
- Small handful of cilantro, chopped
- BURGERS
- 1-1/2 pound ground turkey, dark meat or a combination of dark and white
