Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- Creamy Baked Macaroni and Cheese
- Makes 8 -10 servings.
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni (about 3 cups)
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 lb (16-ounces) cubed (1/2 inch size) Velveeta cheese
- 8 ounce shredded Kraft Mild Cheddar Cheese (about 2 cups), divided
- 8 ounce shredded Kraft Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Deep Fried Chicken

All-American Macaroni Salad

Combine the elbows, onion, celery, peas, red peppers, carrots, eggs, and ham in a large mixing bowl

- 4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, drained, and chilled
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 1/2 cup red peppers, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 3 eggs, hardboiled and chopped
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli ham, diced
- Dressing:
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp celery seed
BAKED BEANS WITH SAUSAGE

Brown sausage in skillet and drain grease
- 2 Large Cans of Bush’s Original Baked Beans (each can was 28 ounces)
- 1 lb of Jimmy Dean Country Mild Sausage
- 1/2 cup of chopped white onion
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1/3 cup of Maple Syrup
Noodles Chicken Crock Pot

- 1 regular can chili hot beans
- 1 regular can kidney beans or pinto beans
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 regular cans diced tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 or 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 3 - 4 cups water
Hamburger and Beans in Crockpot

- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can pork-n-beans, drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can red beans, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilis,undrained
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch cayenne or several drops hot sauce (Optional)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, (Optional)
