Preheat oven 350 degrees Mix first 7 ingred
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 1/4
- teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons cracker crumbs (see Note)
Slow Cooker Meaty Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 2 lb bulk Italian pork sausage or ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped (2 cups)
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (6 oz)
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

- 1 small onion thinly sliced and diced
- 1 cup cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Sour cream for serving (optional)

- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) salted butter
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (16-oz.) block Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded (about 2/3 cup)
- 1 (16-oz.) pkg. farfalle (bow-tie pasta), prepared according to pkg. directions
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. cubed boneless ham (about 2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen baby sweet peas, thawed
- TOPPING
- 1 cup sea salt-and-pepper croutons

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 stick butter or 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup, melted
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3 medium sized bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Swirl for Batter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, (pecans or walnuts), Optional
- Topping for Cooked Banana Bread
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk, more or less
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whisk together and drizzle over cooled banana bread.
- You can freeze this bread or reheat. It keeps well for several days in a cool, dry place. You can also refrigerate. Makes one loaf. Enjoy!

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up and skin removed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
