Johnny Marzetti The bygone restaurant Marzetti's in Columbus, Ohio, invented this cheesy noodle casserole
- INGREDIENTS
- 10 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 medium yellow onions, roughly chopped
- 8 oz. white button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 28-oz. can whole peeled tomatoes in juice, crushed
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 10 oz. wide egg noodles
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 oz. mozzarella, shredded
- 3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Orange Jello Cool Whip Salad

Directions Drain 2 cans of crushed pineapples and put in bowl
- 2 cans of crushed pineapples, drained (didn't say size of cans of fruit, but probably are the little cans)
- 2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 sm. pkg. of orange jello powder
- 1 sm. container of miniature cottage cheese
- 1 sm. container of Cool Whip
- 1 C. of walnuts or pecans
Classic Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Preheat over to 350 degrees F
- 1 package of Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
- 1/2 1/2
- cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 can (20-ounce) pineapple slices (juice reserved for cake mix)
- red maraschino cherries, drained and halved
Cherry Delight Dessert

Instructions Combine crust ingredients and press in bottom of 7 x 11 x 1½" pan
- For Crust:
- 20 graham crackers, rolled fine
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- For Filling:
- 2 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring

- Pasta Fagioli in the Crockpot~ just like Olive Garden
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can white kidney beans, drained
- 3 (10 ounce) cans beef stock
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 (20 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces pasta
Creamy Casserole

Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup corn niblets
- 1/2 cup light cream cheese
- 3/4 cup long grain white rice
- 1 can Cream of Tomato soup
- 1 can boiling water
- Salt, pepper and paprika

- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Glaze Ingredients
- 1 c. confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons eggnog or heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. dark rum
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
