- 4 chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
Raspberry Jello

Dissolve jello in boiling water
- 1 large package raspberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 14-16 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1 bag frozen raspberries
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Skinny Chicken Parmesan

- cooking spray
- 3 3 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 ounces each), fat trimmed
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs (recipe below) or store bought
- 3 3 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 2 2 teaspoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 2 2 cups quickest marinara sauce (recipe below) or store bought marinara sauce
- 9 9 9 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
- 4 4 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Quick Marinara Sauce
- 1 1 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 28 28 can 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1 1 small bay leaf
- 1 1 1 tsp oregano
- 2 2 2 tbs chopped fresh basil
- to and pepper to taste
- to to 15-20 pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden being careful not to burn. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Stir and reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and add fresh basil.
Oreo Cookie Surprise

Crush entire package of Oreos to fine consistancy (potato masher works fine for this)
- 1 pkg. (15 oz.) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 12 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 large package chocolate instant pudding
Upside Down German Chocolate Cake

In a small saucepan heat 1 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup butter until butter melts
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 cups minature marshmallow
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 ounces German sweet chocolate
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
Lemon or Lime Jello Salad

Boil pineapple, lemon juice and sugar for 2 minutes,
- 1 small package lemon or lime jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cream, whipped
