Old-Fashioned Stuffed Cabbage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 large cabbage, cored
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes, not drained
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice, cooled
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken

Cut chicken into 1 to 1½ inch cubes and put into Crock Pot
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken thighs (or chicken breasts but they tend to dry out faster)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced onion (I used the dried kind)
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 tsp crushed red peppers
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced
Sweet Potato Casserole (Like Ruth’s Chris)

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and prep a medium to small sized casserole dish with cooking spray
- SWEET POTATO MIXTURE INGREDIENTS
- 2 and 1/2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (Cooking options listed above- either bake, microwave, or cook the potatoes on the stove)
- Two Thirds cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- CRUST INGREDIENTS
- Two Thirds cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 finely chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Beef

Place meat in a 5-7 quart slow cooker
- Thickening (if desired):
- 2-4 lb chuck roast, cut in large chunks
- 2 cans (10.75 oz each) cream of mushroom soup (low sodium preferred) see NOTES
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 envelopes dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tbs cream
- 3 tbs flour
- 1/4 cup water

Prepare macaroni and cheese mix according to package directions
- 1 package (7-1/4 ounces) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 envelope reduced-sodium taco seasoning
- 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (7-3/4 ounces) Mexican-style hot tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
