Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Ritz Crackers (one sleeve)
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter (you can use more)
- 8 ounces frozen broccoli
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Fully cook sausage on stove top – drain well – set aside to cool
- 12 eggs
- 14 spicy sausage links
- 1/2 bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 large jars chunky salsa

Red Beans and Rice

Sort beans (look through them all and make sure there are not small stones) and place in large pot
- 1 ham bone with a little meat still on it (or a lot!)
- 1 bag small dried red beans (about two cups or so)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 heaping teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- Dash of cayenne pepper, or more to taste*
- 1 cup or so of smoked sausage, sliced (can just use weenies if you like)
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- Rice, cooked according to package directions
