Bacon Cheese Appetizer Pie

Roll the pastry into a 13 inch circle
- Pastry for single-crust pie
- 3 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c sliced green onions
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, egg yolks, cream and vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Oil for deep-fat frying
- Confectioners' sugar
Tangy Party Punch

In a large punch bowl, combine the first four ingredients
- 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 can (46 ounces) orange juice, chilled
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 3 liters ginger ale, chilled
- 1 pint each orange, lemon and lime sherbet
Dilled Pork Roast

- 1 boneless pork shoulder roast (3 to 4 pounds), trimmed
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 6 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 2 tablespoons dill weed

- 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 lb butter
- 6-oz can condensed milk
- 2 c sugar
- 10 marshmallows
Chive Egg Dip

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced chives
- Sweet pepper pieces or assorted crackers
Nut Goodies

In double boiler or microwave, melt chips, peanut butter, and chocolate
- 1 (12oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (6oz) pkg butterscotch chips
- 1 (6oz) pkg peanut butter hcips
- 1 c butter
- 1/3 c evaporated or 1/2 c regular milk
- 1/4 c regular vanilla pudding mix
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 tsp maple flavoring
- 12 oz dry roasted peanuts
Corn and Chili Chowder

Lightly coat a 1 5x 1Ox 1-inch baking pan with cooking spray
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 l5-ounce can whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh Anaheim, poblano or green sweet pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red sweet pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T cooking oil
- 1 8-oz can baby lima beans, drained
- 3 large potatoes, peeled, if desired, and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 4-ounce can diced green chili peppers
- 3 cups water or vegetable broth
- 2 cups half-and-half or light cream
- 1 14 3/4-ounce can cream-style corn
- 2/3 cup sliced baby zucchini (about 4) or 1 small zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
