Peach Sauce

Bring water to boil. Dip peaches in boiling water 1 minute
- 5 c sugar
- 9 c water
- 1 tsp salt
Asparagus, Apple and Chicken Salad

Place asparagus in a small saucepan and cover with 1/2 in
- 1 cup cut fresh asparagus (1-inch pieces)
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 2 cups torn mixed greens
Chicken Breast Marinade

Praline Sundae Topping

- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 16 large marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- Dash salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Roasted Asparagus and Red Peppers

Preheat the oven to 400. Spray nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and fibrous stalks peeled
- 1 lg red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
