Combine ingredients EXCEPT cheese & chips
- 4 c. cooked chicken
- 2 c. celery
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 4 hard cooked eggs
- 3/4 c Miracle Whip (mayo?)
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. chopped onions
Refrigerator Casserole

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 pkg round macaroni rings, boiled and drained
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can cream style corn
Frozen Fruit Salad

- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T dry lemon Jello
- 8 oz Cool whip
- 1 small can pineapple, well drained

Nutty Chicken Pita Sandwiches

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and lemon juice until smooth
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 large pita breads, halved
- Alfalfa sprouts, optional
Broccoli Corn Salad

- 1/2 chopped fresh cliantro
- 1 -2 can (11-oz) each Mexicorn w/ red & green peppers, drained

Zesty Mozzarella Chicken

In a shallow bowl, combine egg white and milk
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and dried oregano
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Creamy Peppermint Patties

- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 3 tsp peppermint extract
- 9 c confectioners sugar
- 3/4 c milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 c semi-sweet chips
- 3 T shortening
White Fudge

In heavy 3qt saucepan combine sugar, cream, and butter
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c light cream or evaporated milk
- 8 oz white almond bark (4 squares)
- 1 c miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c flake coconut
- 1/2 c sliced almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla
Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns

- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
- 3/4 cup warm milk (110° to 115°)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil ·
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3-3/4 to 4-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
