  • 1/2 c crushed, drained pineapple
  • 1 c very ripe banana (about 2 large), mashed
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 2 oz vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans
  • Crumble:
  • 1/2 c steel-cut oats (not quick cooking)
  • 1/4 c finely chopped pecans
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T butter, melted
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 T flour
