Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

Directions Cook chicken according to package directions
- 3 Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Grilled Breast Fillets
- 2 cups penne pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 medium yellow squash, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 3/4 cup ranch-style salad dressing
Bobby's Goulash

In a Dutch oven, saute the ground beef and ground turkey over medium-high heat, until no pink remains
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 (29-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 2 cups dried elbow macaroni
Marsala Sauce

Meanwhile, in a sauté pan, melt the clarified butter over medium-high heat
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, white or a combination)
- 2 ounces prosciutto, sliced into thin strips
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
- 1/4 cup chicken or veal stock
- 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold, unsalted butter
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions In a medium sized stock pot, heat the oil over medium heat
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 chile pepper, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 3 (14.5 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes with liquid, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 whole cloves
- 2 (15.25 ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

- 2 large eggs
- 8 pieces thick-sliced bacon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 large white mushrooms, sliced
- 3 ounces red onion (1 small), very thinly sliced

- 1 lb beef stew meat

- 10 baby carrots (or a couple regular carrots)
- 2 potatoes (peeled if you like)
- 1 cup frozen corn

- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (I use salt-free)
- 3 1⁄2 cups beef broth (or 2 14-oz cans)
- 2 small bay leaves
