Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic-pepper blend and salt in a crock pot
- 2 pounds round steak sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 4 onions sliced
- 2 green peppers sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper blend
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoon beef bouillon graduals
Spinach manicotti with ham

Cook manicotti according to package direction
- 12 uncooked manicotti shells
- 1/4 cups butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 carton ricotta cheese
- 3 cups 2% milk
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Instructions Mix one can of each into meat
- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. CHICKEN CUBED OR SHREDDED (chicken cooked)
- 2 cans CREAM OF MUSHROOM
- 2 cans CREAM OF CHICKEN
- 1 can DICED CHILIES
- Cut up ONION
- Shredded cheese
Pepperoni Pizza Skillet

- 5 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1-1/2 cups chopped pepperoni
- 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cans (20-ounce) cherry pie filling (or your favorite kind.)
French Dip Crescents

- 1/2 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 tsp horseradish sauce or Ranch dressing
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy mix

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 2/3 cup key lime juice
Creamy pork potpie

In a large sauce pan melt in butter
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 can chicken broth
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2-1/2 cups cubed cooked pork
- 2 1/2 cups frozen broccoli cauliflower blend
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed
- 1 egg lightly beaten
Fabulous fruit salad

In a large bowl combine the first nine ingredients
- 1 medium honeydew, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 medium peaches peeled sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 medium kiwifruit, peeled halved and sliced
- 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 1 large granny smith apple, cubed
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
Loaded Mashed Potato Cakes

Steps: (1) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until everything is uniformly incorporated
- Instant mashed potatoes (made from 1 full packet — follow directions on the box)
- You can obviously use leftover mashed potatoes as well. I believe 1 packet of instant flakes makes about 3-4 cups potatoes, so if you’re using leftover stuff, adjust your other ingredient measurements accordingly.
- 2/3 cup Colby Jack cheese, grated
- 1-1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
