Picadello is a ground beef dish that it served with rice & beans
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup finely diced white onion
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 envelope Goya sazon w/cilantro & annatto
- 1 8oz can Goya tomato sauce
- 2 tbs Goya sofrito
- Goya Adobo w/pepper to taste
Spicy Three-Cheese Dip

If time permits, make this a day or two in advance; it gets even better as the flavors meld
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
- 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
