- 4 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup wheat gluten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 5 cups hot water
- 2 TBL yeast

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish
- 12 large manicotti shells
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 6 TBL shopped fresh basil or 2 TBL dried basil
- 1 (26 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce, divided
Pistachio Pudding Salad

My mom made this all the time and it was always a HUGE hit
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 5 1/4 ounces packages miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or 1/4 cup walnuts (optional)
Picnic Cake - Annette

- Soak for 10 minutes or more and whip with egg beater:
- 1 cup chopped dates 1 1/2 cups hot water
- Cream: 3/4 c. shortening 1 cup sugar 2 eggs
- Add to cream mixture:
- 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flour
- Add 1 tsp. vanilla and date mixture, blend.
- Put in pan and top with 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Grandma's Chocolate Zucchini Brownies

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- 1 3-4 pound boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Pam's Chicken Pasta Salad

Boil 4-5 chicken breasts in chicken broth for 20 min
- 4-5 Chicken Breasts
- 2 pkgs bowtie pasta
- Chicken Broth
- 1/2 red onion chopped fine
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- bunch of red grapes cut in half
- 1-2 pkgs slivered almonds broiled until crunchy
- Salt and pepper to taste
