Crock Pot Ham and Potatoes

Toss sliced potatoes in ½ tsp
- 6-8 Slices of ham
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 8-10 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
- 1 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 onions sliced thinly
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Pulled Pork (without BBQ sauce)

- 4–5 pounds of bone-in meat (see post for more details on cuts) or 3-4 pounds boneless
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Mini S'mores Cups

makes 40 mini cups Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Equipment:
- 14 whole graham crackers, (or enough to equal 2 cups when finely crushed)
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 12 T butter, melted
- 2 bars milk chocolate candy, melted
- 1 c. dark chocolate chips
- 20 large marshmallows
- mini-food processor
- mini-muffin pan
- melon baller
Scones

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbl sugar
- 1 Tbl shortening
- 1 heaping Tbl yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 1/4 cup scalded milk (cool)
SURE.JELL Fresh Apricot-Pineapple Jam

BRING boiling-water canner, half full with water, to simmer
- 5 cups prepared fruit (about 2-1/2 lb. fully ripe apricots and 1-1/2 fully ripe medium pineapples)
- 1 tsp. EVER-FRESH Fruit Protector (optional)
- 1 box SURE-JELL Fruit Pectin
- 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine (optional)
- 6 cups sugar, measured into separate bowl
Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Take 12 slices of stale bread and let air dry (or place crumbs on pan and dry in oven at 225 F)
- 4 cups plain breadcrumbs (make your own)
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (crushed)

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon oregano or 1⁄2 teaspoon italian seasoning, crushed

Frozen Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

In lg. mixing bowl, melt chocolate squares in microwave for 15 seconds or until completely melted
- 2 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz.) tub frozen nondairy whipped topping thawed
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
