Cream of Broccoli Soup - Julia Francom

Put vegetables, water and bouillon in large soup kettle
- 3 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk broccoli, chopped
- 1 large carrot diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 Tbs. Chicken bouillon
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

- 30-35 tomatoes - scald, peel and chop
- 7 jalapino peppers
- 7 anaheim peppers
- 1 handful cilantro chopped
- 6-8 medium onions chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 large beet for color (I chop up 1/2 can canned beets)
- 2 tsp cumin or to taste
Twice Baked Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350. Pierce potatoes and bake uncovered for 1 hour
- 8 large baking potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 16 slices bacon
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 16 green onions chopped

- 2 squares softened margarine 2 cups boiling water
- 10 cups flour 1 cup warm water
- 3 heaping Tbl yeast 6 beaten eggs

Cheese Potato Soup

- 1 pint Half/Half 1 Onion 3-4 Celery Stalks 2 cups of Hot Water 2 Chicken Bouillon cubes 5-6 Russet Potatoes, peeled & chopped 1 lg. box of Velveeta Cheese (if you prefer, you could cut this amt. down by 1/4 to 1/2)
- 1/4 cup margarine
BBQ Sauce - Jocelyn Barnes

Mix all ingredients together and heat until sugar is dissolved
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 14 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBL liquid smoke
- 1 TBL chili powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
Pasta Alfredo - Pampered Chef

Cook past, drain and keep warm
- 1 package (16 oz) uncooked pasta
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 TBL butter or margarine
- 3 TBL flour
- 2 Cups grated fresh parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken and White Bean Chili - Kim Roberts

Simmer for 1 hour. Top each bowl with grated cheese, sour cream and/or tortilla chips
- Sauté:
- 1 Tbl. Olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- Add:
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 4 15-oz. can white beans
- 4 chicken breasts (boiled and shredded)
- Salt and pepper to taste
