BLT Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1-1/4 cups diced celery
- 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 5 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
Ranch Potato Bake

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1-1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Pizza Loaf

On a greased baking sheet, roll out dough into a 15-in
- 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup pickled pepper rings
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives
- 1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
French onion soup casserole

Sauté sliced onions in butter in large skillet on low to medium heat until transparent
- 3 jumbo yellow onions, sliced
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese slices
- Pepper
- French bread
- Butter
Cauldron Dip

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, parsley, sugar, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 slice soft dark rye bread
- 1 each medium sweet red, yellow and orange pepper, julienned
- 10 pretzel rods, broken in half
Nan's Salmon croquettes

Clean salmon. Mix salmon, celery, and potatoes

- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 10 slices process American cheese
- 10 hamburger buns, split
Shrunken Apple Heads in Cider

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and salt; set aside
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 large Granny Smith apples
- 16 whole cloves
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Buffalo Chicken Rolls

1. Preheat oven to 350 and cover a baking sheet in parchment paper
- 2 Cooked Chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 CUP Buffalo sauce
- 4 oz Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tube Crescent roll dough
- 1 Green onion, chopped for garnish
