Ham and Cheese Roll Ups

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Glaze:
- 1 can refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 3/4 lb deli ham*
- 12 slices Swiss cheese*
- You want the ham and swiss cheese thinly sliced so it’s easy to roll into a roll-up.
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 TBSP poppy seeds
Slow Cooker Turkey Noodle Soup

In a 3 - 4 quart crock pot mix the turkey gravy and chicken broth
- 1 cup of turkey gravy
- 2 cups of cooked turkey, chopped into bite size pieces
- vegetables (green beans, corn, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, whatever you have leftover)
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 bag of egg noodles, cooked
Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

1. Trim excess fat from the rump roast, and place in a slow cooker
- 4 pounds rump roast
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 6 French rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1-qt
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- Tortilla chips

- ORANGE: Oranges, Tangerines low-starch (Mangos only if ripened naturally/higher starch-Cantaloupe)
- YELLOW: Yellow Watermelon/Santa Claus Melon (or) (Pineapple ripened naturally not picked early & cold stored)
- GREEN: Kiwi, Green Grapes, Honeydew Melon
- BLUE: Blueberries, Blackberries

Apple Nut Coffee Cake

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 large apple, chopped
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Turkey Cheese Ball

In a small bowl, beat the first six ingredients until combined
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 6 ounces deli smoked turkey, finely chopped
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- Brown, orange and yellow paste food coloring
- 6 large oval crackers
- 1 large sweet red pepper
- 1 small yellow summer squash
- 1 cup pecan halves
- Assorted crackers
Super-Quick Garlic Bread

Preheat oven to 375°F. Using Serrated Bread Knife, cut bread into 1-inch-thick slices
- 1 loaf Italian bread (10-12 ounces)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- shredded mozzarella cheese
Pineapple Smokies

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, flour and mustard
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 pounds miniature smoked sausages
Deviled Eggs - MIL

- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard

- a dash of salt and pepper
- paprika
- fresh parsley
