1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until creamy

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter - (I like Peter Pan)
  • 3 regular sized Snickers candy bars, chopped – slice and dice – or more if you like
  • 16 ounces Extra Creamy Cool Whip, thawed
  • graham cracker pie crust – buy ready made or make your own (if you make your own – it is better but takes longer)
  • GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
  • In the microwave, melt 7 tablespoons of butter.
  • Place about 25 graham crackers in a plastic bag. Roll with a rolling pin or beat with anything until finely crushed.
  • Measure 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs into a medium bowl.
  • Add 1/4 cup of sugar to the graham crackers.
  • Add the melted butter.
  • Stir or blend together with your hands.
  • Press into the pie plate or other pan.
  • Pre-bake the pie crust, bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F. oven.
