Corn and Butternut Squash

In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crisp
- 2 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup (1/2-inch) butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
EASY SNICKER PIE

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until creamy
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter - (I like Peter Pan)
- 3 regular sized Snickers candy bars, chopped – slice and dice – or more if you like
- 16 ounces Extra Creamy Cool Whip, thawed
- graham cracker pie crust – buy ready made or make your own (if you make your own – it is better but takes longer)
- GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
- In the microwave, melt 7 tablespoons of butter.
- Place about 25 graham crackers in a plastic bag. Roll with a rolling pin or beat with anything until finely crushed.
- Measure 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs into a medium bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup of sugar to the graham crackers.
- Add the melted butter.
- Stir or blend together with your hands.
- Press into the pie plate or other pan.
- Pre-bake the pie crust, bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F. oven.
Cranberry-Orange Pound Cake

1. Heat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube cake pan, or spray with baking spray with flour
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® golden vanilla or yellow cake mix
- 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 to 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped (do not thaw frozen cranberries)
- Powdered sugar, if desired
- Orange Sauce, if desired
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine

In medium bowl, mix 1 1/4 cups flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and the salt
- 1 1/4 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup firm butter or margarine, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Filling and Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chopped peeled apples (4 medium)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Easy Lemon-Chicken Piccata

CUT 4 thin lemon slices from half of 1 lemon; squeeze juice from remaining lemons
- 3 large lemons, divided
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 22 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
