- 3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Milk
- Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 (8oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- Fluffy Boiled Icing
- 1 Tbsp. Meringue Powder
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Water
Meatball Sub Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange bread slices in single layer in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish
- 1 loaf Italian Bread, cut into 1 inch thick slices
- 1 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1 lb. fully cooked frozen meatballs
- 1 (28oz) jar pasta sauce
Baked Zucchini Fritters

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 egg
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Braciole

Pound steak into thin 4x6 inch pieces
- 2 lbs. bottom round or flank steak, cut into 1/4” thick slices or round steak
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Quartered Hard Boiled Egg
- 1 cup ITALIAN flavored bread crumbs
- Small wedge of onion
- Sliver of Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 4-6 cloves chopped garlic
- 4 tab olive oil..... and canola oil for frying.
Mom's Lasagna Filling

- 2 Lbs. Ricotta Cheese
- 3 Eggs (per container of Ricotta)
- Sprinkle of Parsley for Color
- Sugar to taste
- Pepper to taste

Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge

In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt
- 3 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Dash of Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Slice green onion, put in pot on medium heat and start to saute with cooking spray
- 6 Large Green Onions
- 2 Green Peppers
- 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (whole or diced)
- 3 carrots
- 1 container mushrooms
- 1 bunch celery
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 or 2 cubes of boullion
- 1 (48oz) can of Low Sodium V8
- Season to taste with pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder

- 1 medium sugar pumpkin (about 3 pounds)
- Canola oil, for oiling pumpkin
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for flouring
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup (11 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs

- 200 g sugar

- 200 g self-raising flour
- 100 g cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp all spice
- pinch of cinnamon
- 4 tbsp rum
- 4 tbsp milk
- 4 packs of Maltesers
- edible gold powder
- 200 g butter
- 100 g icing sugar
- 300 g chocolate custard (follow packet instructions)
